Amy Edwards started writing in high school and fell in love with vampires soon thereafter, but she never wrote a vampire tale before taking a job working nights. HUNTED, which placed 2nd in the 2004 Gateway to the Rest Contest, 3rd in the Reveal Your Inner Vixen Contest, and finaled in the 2004 Romancing the Tome Contest, opened the door to other vampires who had stories to tell. Eli's book, OUTCAST, is currently being considered by Warner Publishing as well as being a finalist in TARA's First Impressions contest. Gareth's story, CHOSEN, is a finalist in the 2004 Romancing the Tome contest and earned Amy first place in the Thunder and Roses First Chapter Paranormal Writing Contest. At present Amy is working as a home health nurse but has high hopes of a future as a full-time writer. A Central Texas native and member of the Romance Writers of America as well as the Austin chapter of RWA, Amy lives "in the sticks" with her two sons who think they're monkeys, assorted cats who think they're children, and a huge German Shepherd who thinks he's a lapdog.
